The app, along with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, remains the property of Artem Tsurkan.I am committed to making the CheckAI app as useful and efficient as possible. However, I reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. The app offers a free tier with limited AI scans per month, and a Pro subscription with unlimited AI scans and additional features. If I ever decide to change pricing or subscription terms, I will make it clear what you are paying for.The CheckAI app stores and processes data you provide (receipts, purchases, categories) to deliver my services. This data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s Core Data technology. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. I strongly recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this removes software restrictions and security features imposed by your device’s operating system. AI receipt scanning requires an internet connection to communicate with the OpenAI API.
Currency conversion requires an internet connection to fetch current exchange rates.
Referral system requires an internet connection to sync promo codes and bonus scans.
Subscription management requires an internet connection to verify your Pro subscription status.
Whether the connection is via Wi-Fi or your mobile network, I cannot be held responsible if the app doesn’t work fully due to a lack of internet access or if you’ve run out of data allowance.If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s terms will still apply. This means you may be charged by your provider for data usage while accessing the app, including roaming charges if you use the app outside your home region or country without disabling data roaming. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you’re not the bill payer for the device, I assume you have permission from the bill payer to use the app.Similarly, I cannot take responsibility if your device runs out of battery and you’re unable to use the app. It’s your responsibility to ensure your device stays charged.Accuracy of AI Analysis: While I strive to keep the app updated and accurate, the AI receipt recognition feature relies on third-party services (OpenAI) and may not always be 100% accurate. The app provides tools to manually edit and correct recognized data. Therefore, I cannot be held liable for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from your reliance on the app’s AI analysis or any financial decisions made based on the app’s data.Financial Data: The app processes financial information (receipts, purchases, expenses). You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter or scan. I do not provide financial advice, and the app is intended for personal expense tracking only.Subscriptions: If you purchase a Pro subscription, it will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.From time to time, I may update the app. The app is currently available on iOS, and system requirements may change. You’ll need to download updates to continue using the app. I do not guarantee that the app will always be updated to work with your device’s iOS version. However, you agree to accept updates when offered. I may also stop providing the app at any time without prior notice. If I terminate the app, (a) your rights and licenses under these terms will end, and (b) you must stop using the app and delete it from your device if necessary.

I may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You are encouraged to review this page regularly for any changes.
