By downloading or using the TikLoad app, you automatically agree to these terms, so please make sure to read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or alter any part of the app or my trademarks in any way. You are also not permitted to extract the app’s source code, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions. The app, along with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, remains the property of Artem.
I am committed to making the TikLoad app as useful and efficient as possible. However, I reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. If I ever decide to charge for the app or its services, I will make it very clear what you are paying for.
The TikLoad app stores and processes the personal data you provide to deliver my services. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. I strongly recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this removes software restrictions and security features imposed by your device’s operating system. Doing so could make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses, or malicious programs and may prevent the TikLoad app from functioning properly or at all.

Please note that there are certain things I cannot take responsibility for. For example, some features of the app require an active internet connection. Whether the connection is via Wi-Fi or your mobile network, I cannot be held responsible if the app doesn’t work fully due to a lack of internet access or if you’ve run out of data allowance.
If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s terms will still apply. This means you may be charged by your provider for data usage while accessing the app, including roaming charges if you use the app outside your home region or country without disabling data roaming. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you’re not the bill payer for the device, I assume you have permission from the bill payer to use the app.
Similarly, I cannot take responsibility if your device runs out of battery and you’re unable to use the app. It’s your responsibility to ensure your device stays charged.
While I strive to keep the app updated and accurate, I rely on third-party information to provide certain features. Therefore, I cannot be held liable for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from your reliance on the app’s functionality.
From time to time, I may update the app. The app is currently available on iOS, and system requirements may change. You’ll need to download updates to continue using the app. I do not guarantee that the app will always be updated to work with your device’s iOS version. However, you agree to accept updates when offered. I may also stop providing the app at any time without prior notice. If I terminate the app, (a) your rights and licenses under these terms will end, and (b) you must stop using the app and delete it from your device if necessary.
I may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You are encouraged to review this page regularly for any changes. I will notify you of updates by posting the revised Terms and Conditions on this page.
