Public Agreement (Offer)

for the provision of digital subscription services — online audio and video transcription

This agreement is an official public offer by the Seller to enter into an agreement for the provision of digital services presented on the website www.savefree1.net.

This is a public agreement: in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms are the same for all Users regardless of their status (individual, legal entity, or sole proprietor).

The agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the offer is accepted — when the User clicks the subscribe/pay button on the website and payment is successfully confirmed by the payment system. Access to the service is provided online in the User’s personal dashboard.

1. Definitions

1.1. Public offer (hereinafter — the “Offer”) — the Seller’s proposal to enter into an agreement for the remote provision of digital services on the terms of this Offer.

1.2. Service — access to the online audio and video transcription service (including export features, storage of results, and other capabilities of the selected pricing plan).

1.3. Website / Service — the Seller’s online resource at https://www.savefree1.net/, intended for registration, subscription checkout, and use of digital services.

1.4. User (Buyer) — a capable individual aged 18 or older, a legal entity, or a sole proprietor who uses the Service and/or purchases a subscription.

1.5. Seller (Provider) — FOP Tsurkan Olha Ruslanovna (Tax ID 3653201523).

1.6. Subscription — a paid pricing plan with periodic access to the Service (monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan).

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the User with access to the digital Service within the scope of the selected pricing plan, and the User undertakes to pay for the subscription on the terms of this Offer.

2.2. The Service is provided exclusively in electronic form through the Website. Physical delivery of goods is not performed.

2.3. Current pricing, limits, and feature descriptions are published on the “Pricing” page of the Website.

3. Subscription checkout

3.1. The User independently selects a plan on the Website, signs in (if required), and proceeds to payment using the available payment methods.

3.2. To purchase a subscription, the User provides data necessary for identification and communication: email, as well as other information requested during registration or payment.

3.3. The Seller may refuse to provide the Service if the data provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or reasonably questionable.

3.4. By purchasing a subscription, the User confirms that they have read the terms of the Offer, pricing, and refund policy, and accept them in full.

4. Price and payment

4.1. Pricing plan prices are set by the Seller and displayed on the Website in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH), unless stated otherwise.

4.2. The Seller may change prices unilaterally by publishing new prices on the Website. Price changes do not apply to an already paid subscription period.

4.3. Payment is made cashlessly through payment services available on the Website (bank card, etc.).

4.4. The User’s payment obligation is deemed fulfilled from the moment the payment system confirms a successful transaction.

4.5. If auto-renewal is enabled, the charge for the next period is processed automatically unless the User disables auto-renewal before the next billing date.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

5.1. The Seller undertakes to:

• provide access to the Service after successful payment;
• ensure the operation of the Service within reasonable limits, except for technical downtime and force majeure;
• not disclose the User’s personal data except as required by law or necessary to perform the agreement (payment providers, hosting, etc.).

5.2. The Seller has the right to:

• change the functionality of the Service, improve and update it;
• suspend access if the User violates the terms of the Offer or abuses the Service;
• amend the terms of the Offer by publishing a new version on the Website.

5.3. The User undertakes to:

• use the Service lawfully and only for personal/work purposes, without infringing the rights of third parties;
• not upload or process content prohibited by the laws of Ukraine;
• keep login credentials confidential.

6. Refunds

6.1. The Service is digital and is provided online immediately after payment. Refunds are possible in cases provided for by the laws of Ukraine and this Offer.

6.2. If access to a paid subscription was not provided due to the Seller’s fault, the User may submit a refund request to savefree1.net@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of the payment date.

6.3. No refund is issued if the User has actually used paid features of the Service (performed transcriptions under the paid plan), except where the Service could not be provided due to the Seller’s technical fault.

6.4. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original payment, within up to 14 banking days after the request is approved.

6.5. The User may cancel subscription auto-renewal in their personal dashboard. Access remains available until the end of the paid period.

7. Liability

7.1. The Seller is not liable for inability to use the Service caused by malfunction of the User’s equipment, software, or communication channels.

7.2. The Seller does not guarantee 100% accuracy of automatic transcription and is not responsible for decisions made by the User based on the resulting text.

7.3. The parties are released from liability in cases of force majeure (war, natural disasters, communication outages, actions of government authorities, etc.).

8. Confidentiality and personal data

8.1. By registering and purchasing a subscription, the User consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of performing the agreement, communicating with the User, and improving the Service.

8.2. The Seller processes personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

8.3. The User must keep their contact details up to date.

9. Other terms

9.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.

9.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached — in court at the place of registration of the Seller.
